Acceptable Use Policy
ChamberGates provides Internet-related services, including but not limited
to, web site hosting, co-location services, and managed servers.
ChamberGates respects persons rights under U.S. and international law;
however, we also reserve the right to refuse service to any legal entity.
We have developed a set of guidelines and policies to help our

customers
better understand what we expect from them as they use our services, these
policies and guidelines are collectively known as the Acceptable Use Policy
("AUP"). ChamberGates reserves the right to amend its AUP and add,
delete, suspend or modify any of the policies or guidelines contained
therein. A customer's use of ChamberGates' services after said changes
have been made to the AUP and posted on ChamberGates' web site
,www.chambergates.com, will constitute the customer's acceptance of that
AUP. ChamberGates is not responsible for notifying customers directly or
indirectly, except through the posting of the altered AUP on their web site,
when changes are applied to the AUP.
ChamberGates has certain legal and ethical responsibilities consisting
with the use of its servers and equipment, involved directly or indirectly,
as they are used to provide services to ChamberGates' customers. ChamberGates
also has specific ethical concerns regarding the use of its equipment
detailed below. ChamberGates reserves the right to take corrective action,
including but not limited to suspension or cancellation of customer's access
to any or all services provided by ChamberGates, when we decide that the
account has been inappropriately used.

| Specific Acceptable Use Policies |

- Illegal Access - Any attempt to gain unauthorized access
to ChamberGates equipment or equipment belonging to another party
is expressly forbidden. This also includes other precursor
actions including but not limited to port scans, malformed requests,
and other forms of information gathering for the purposes of gaining
unauthorized access.
- Unauthorized use of other people's accounts or servers -
ChamberGates will strongly react to any use or attempted use of
an Internet account or computer without the owner's
authorization. Such attempts include "Internet scamming"
(tricking other people into releasing their passwords), password
robbery, security hole scanning etc.
Any unauthorized use of accounts or computers by a ChamberGates
customer, whether or not the attacked account or computer belongs
to ChamberGates, will result in action against the attacker.
Possible actions include warnings, account suspension or
cancellation, and civil or criminal legal action, depending on
the seriousness of the attack.
- Copyright Laws - Engaging in any activity that infringes
or misappropriates the intellectual property rights of others,
including copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets,
software piracy, and patents held by individuals, corporations,
or other entities is strictly prohibited. Also, engaging in activity
that violates privacy, publicity, or other personal rights of others.
ChamberGates is required by law to remove or block access to customer
content upon receipt of a proper notice of copyright infringement. It
is also ChamberGates' policy to terminate the privileges of customers
who commit repeat violations of copyright laws.
- Obscene or Lewd Material - ChamberGates expressly forbids
anyone from using ChamberGates servers for the propagation,
distribution, housing, processing, storing, or otherwise handling
in any way lewd, obscene, or pornographic material, or any other
material which we deem to be objectionable, including, but not
limited to, pornography, hate propaganda, abusive or threatening
content and any and all materials of an adult nature. The
designation of any materials as such described above is left
entirely to the discretion of ChamberGates management.
- Electronic Forgery - The act or attempt to forge any digital
transmission in order to deceive others is strictly prohibited. This
includes the altering in whole or in part of any of the following:
message headers, IP addresses, network packets, or digital signatures.
We will assist law enforcement in the capture and prosecution of
anyone attempting to defraud others using our services.
- Commercial Emails - You may not under any circumstances send commercial
advertisements to email recipients that are currently not your customers or recipients that
have not explicitly asked to receive such information using our Network. This action will
likely result in account suspension or cancellation.
- Commercial News Groups - You may not under any circumstances send commercial
advertisements to news groups that do explicitly allow such behavior using any part of our
Network. This action will likely result in account suspension or cancellation.
- Commercial references - You may not advertise a web site hosted with us by sending
unsolicited bulk email or posting on non-allowed news groups. This rule applies regardless of
whether you used our network to send the messages.
- Viruses and Trojan Horses - ChamberGates expressly forbids
anyone from using ChamberGates servers for the propagation,
distribution, housing, processing, storing, or otherwise handling
in any way source or binary code for viruses, trojan horses, worms,
or any other tool that disrupts the use of or interfere with the
ability of others to effectively use the network or any connected
network, system, service, or equipment.
- Facilitating a Violation of this AUP - Advertising,
transmitting, or otherwise making available any software, program,
product, or service that is designed to violate this AUP, which
includes the facilitation of the means to spam, initiation of
pinging, flooding, mail bombing, denial of service attacks, and
piracy of software.
- Unlawful Acts - ChamberGates is a legal entity of the
State of Texas and the United States. Use of any our equipment
may not violate any Federal, State, or Local regulation.
