Outlook XP Setup

- Open Microsoft Outlook XP or Outlook 2002.
- Select E-Mail Accounts from the Tools menu.

Select the Add a New E-Mail Account option and click the Next button.

Select the POP3 option and then click the Next button.

- In the Name box, enter any name you want.
- In the Email Address box, enter your complete email address (i.e. johndoe@yourdomain.com).
- In the Incoming and Outgoing mail server boxes enter mail.chambergates.com.
- In the User Name box, enter you complete email address just like in step 6.
- In the Password box, enter your password for this email account.
- If you do not want to have type your password each time you want check your mail then check the Remember Password check box. Your password will remain on your computer but will not be stored on a server so this is a very safe option unless you allow other people to access your computer.
- Make sure the Log on using SPA check box is not checked.

Click on the More Settings button.

- In the Mail Account enter a descriptive name for this email.

Select the Outgoing Server tab.

- Make sure the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication check box is checked.

Select the Use same settings as my incoming mail server option option and then click the Ok button.

- Click the Next button.

Click the Finish button.
